Genuinely available 24/7 (unlike many others we called) – Mark came out in under an hour at 9pm on a Saturday night to deal with an unpleasant drain blockage backing up into our house. Efficient, cheery, cleaned up after the job was complete and very reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend, and we plan to use him again in the future. Thanks Mark!

Had a boiler failure on a Saturday evening. The plumber was just finishing another job when we called and came to ours in less than an hour.

Leaking radiator
Very good service, very quick icoming out. Mark was very thorough, explained each step of the way what he was about to do, which settled us from the panic of the leak that had materialised in the radiator.
The job was done within the hour, capping off the water supply to it and taking the radiator off.
Came back the next day to put the new radiator one. Very professional. Would deal with again for sure.

Quick and efficient
Had a boiler failure on a Saturday evening. The plumber was just finishing another job when we called and came to ours in less than an hour. Had a leaking valve near the boiler tank. Called the service at 11pm, said that it was not a burning issue and got an appointment for the next morning. The job appeared to be less straightforward than I originally thought with access to the valve being difficult and one of the pipes bent. Took 3 hours from start to finish including getting hold of what appeared to be a non-standard valve. Cross Services have got another happy customer.
